CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Robert Williams co-founded FWD Construction in 2018, building the company from the ground up with the same discipline and drive he developed through years of martial arts. Coming from a subtrade background across numerous trades, Robert developed a deep, practical understanding of construction long before stepping into leadership. He went on to manage and supervise hundreds of projects, gaining extensive experience not only in construction execution but also in real estate and property management.

From creating every process to hand-selecting and shaping the team, Robert has been the architect behind FWD’s growth and the hundreds of successful projects the company has delivered under his leadership.

But his biggest impact isn’t just in the work its in the culture. Robert set the tone for the collaborative, high-energy, people-first environment that FWD is known and loved for today. 

While he’s proud of the business he’s built, nothing means more to him than being a devoted husband and father. That’s the role he values most and the one that fuels everything he does. 

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Ammar Hamad is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Alberta who turned his talent for structure, systems, and problem-solving into leading the day-to-day operations at FWD. He oversees client and consultant relationships, supports the office team, and keeps the company running with calm consistency and efficiency.

A lifelong basketball fan, Ammar has never stopped hooping and is partly (okay, mostly) responsible for convincing everyone that the FWD office absolutely needed its own basketball court.

When he’s not keeping the company humming, Ammar loves travelling, spending time with family, and hanging out with his wife. Around the office, he’s also known for occasionally tossing out a light-hearted comment usually aimed at getting a quick smile from one of his colleagues.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Giuseppe Mosca holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Management and brings a wealth of construction industry experience from his work across both Europe and Canada. His strong technical background, combined with his leadership and organizational skills, plays a key role in his position as Construction Manager, where he oversees all construction operations for FWD. Over the years, Giuseppe has successfully managed numerous commercial projects, earning a reputation for steadiness, clarity, and a solutions-focused mindset on every site.

A proud father, Giuseppe spends his free time cycling, staying active, and enjoying the outdoors balancing the fast pace of construction with a passion for movement and family life.

ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Daniel graduated from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario. He joined FWD in 2020 after working in private equity, stepping into the role of estimator before discovering his true calling in accounting. By 2022, he had fully transitioned into the accounting team and went on to build the financial processes and systems that FWD relies on today.

He’s currently pursuing his CPA designation - a milestone he’s working toward with the same focus and determination he brings to every project.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys spending time with friends and family, catching a good movie, and keeping up with basketball and football.
